This place was amazing good. I will be definitely coming back great services. I was very impressed.

Pezcow is a hidden gem in Windsor. The meal kicks off with a generous serving of freshly fried chips paired with a vibrant pico de gallo--a perfect opener that wakes up the taste buds. A favorite of mine is the flautas ahogadas with a deliciously spicy and savory sauce. A true highlight is the Pollo al Horno Con Mole, featuring tender chicken enveloped in a rich, spicy mole that blends a thoughtful mix of spices, a hint of sweetness, and a smoky finish.

I love this place. My wife told me about the brunch buffet and we decided to give it a try. Problem is I'm on a Keto diet so there ate a lot of things I can't eat. I was hoping they had mole but they didn't, which might have been too carby anyway. I was pleased to see that the menudo didn't have corn in it making it something I can have. The menudo was excellent, they don't skimp on the tripe and it tasted great, especially with the chili oil at end of the buffet. The Birria was also very good and I had to try the nopales con huevos which was okay. I wish I could have the tortillas that are made in site, my wife loved them enough to wrap a few up to take home. However had I not been writing a Yelp review I would have just had more menudo instead. It's just that good. I suppose one thing to know is about the long communal tables. In case that's a problem for anyone.

Absolutely AMAZING! We've been to Pezcow a handful of times already. And it's always amazing. I just walked out of their Sunday brunch for the first time, and I don't remember the last time I put food in my mouth that tasted so incredible. Everything tastes genuinely incredible because every part of it is high quality -- from the ingredients to the flavors, to the way it's cooked -- everything. And that has been our experience with Pezcow every time. Every component is high quality. From the mango salsa where each piece of tomato and onion and mango is perfectly diced and seasoned, to the chicken enchiladas with salsa verde, which is my usual go-to, everything is perfectly cooked with high quality ingredients. The chicken in the enchiladas are so tender! How do they get it so tender?! I remember the first time I was there, I was floored by how fresh their side salad was - their cucumbers were so flavorful, and they made it look so pretty on the plate too. And that was just a darn side salad. :P At Sunday brunch today - it was the chile colorado that pushed me over the edge. That was soooooo good. We went there late and they were out of menudo, so that was sad because I love menudo. Next time, I gotta get there early. I will say there has been some weirdness when it comes to mix-ups in ordering (eg: My husband ordered a super burrito and they gave him a regular burrito, and so they just brought out some avocados for him, when he would had preferred that they re-do it.) ....Amongst other little things that have happened like that, we still love this place despite all of that, because the food is incredible, so we brush it off. Anyhow, please go check this place out because besides brunch, this place is fairly quiet for dinner, which we don't understand because it is soooo good. Please support this establishment -- you will not be disappointed.

If you're looking for fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared seafood, Pezcow is the place to go! Their dishes are packed with authentic, bold flavors that set them apart from anywhere else. You can taste the quality in every bite--this is seafood done right. I love it so much that I gladly drive an hour just to eat here. It's that good! Whether you're craving ceviche, tacos, or any of their incredible seafood creations, you won't be disappointed. Pezcow is a true gem!

I had their burrito at the mitote location. I had only had their food at the Windsor location. Sometimes im a little hesitant to try a restaurant that has multiple locations (or a food truck in this case) because what you eat at the original spot might not be the same in flavor and presentation at the other locations. But let me tell you, i was not disappointed. If anything, the burrito at the taco truck was even tastier than the one i had at the restaurant. I'll definitely be checking out the food truck more often. The staff was friendly, regardless of the craziness around them. The line to order was a little long, but then again, it was dinner time so it makes sense. Wait time wasn't too bad either.

My husband and I were looking for somewhere new to eat and Pezcow looked interesting and wasn't crowded. We stopped in and were seated right away. The menu was interesting, with many seafood options and dishes I was not familiar with. I got a dish with fried shrimp and some rice and a little side salad. Very pleasing. Husband got a couple of tacos and a giant bowl of stew - beans & bacon I think. That came with tortillas and was a little spicy so I didn't try any. Overall we had enough food we took some home, and I definitely wouldn't mind coming here again. Relaxed atmosphere, polite staff and good food. :)

We both loved discovering this "hidden gem" Mexican restaurant in Windsor. It is located in the Windsor Palms Plaza and is authentically decorated. The ambiance is welcoming and it has a series of long community tables. There were so many amazing options to choose from on their menu so I had a difficult time deciding! I ordered the fish tacos and absolutely loved them! The portions are generous and the food is absolutely amazing! It is very flavorful and came with fresh chips and salsa. The service was great and we really absolutely loved our meal! This is a family run restaurant so I love that you know you are supporting the local community when you eat here. I also love that they have wine from a local winery that you can purchase with your meal. I personally love seeing family run businesses supporting other family owned businesses! This place has beer, wine, and other drinks that you can order with your meal. Everyone that worked here was very friendly and we will definitely be back to try out other things on their menu.

Dining or pick up. In search of amazing Spanish rice -I found ---Pezcow! The menu offers a variety of traditional dishes that are full of flavor and authenticity. The easy going atmosphere makes it ideal for a quick meal on-the-go or a casual dining experience. Service: welcoming and fast.
